The Red Dog Process

Our process ensures you are involved every step of the way, so there are no surprises at the end!

  1. Browse our website and supplier catalogues – select your preferred style
  2. Fill in our quote form with the style code
  3. We’ll email you a quote, and we’ll tell you what artwork formats we require
  4. We can organize samples for you to view
  5. You accept the quote and we get to work
  6. Logo and artwork is set up
  7. A digital proof is emailed to you to approve
  8. Your job goes into production

How long will it take?

Most jobs will require between 2 – 4 weeks, however if you have an urgent job, please phone us on 0402 229 204.

Product Range

Our website lists our most popular styles, but we have many more available. Simply call us or email for more information. If you have an example of a product you would like just let us know and we can recommend our best matching items.

Artwork & Logo format

We require a high-resolution (300dpi) digital file (JPEG, BMP, PDF, GIF, TIFF, or EPS)

If you do not have a digital file, we can scan your business card and digitize the logo (additional fees will apply).
